Citrus fruits – Popular citrus fruits include oranges, lime, lemons, grapefruits etc.  That’s because it helps build up your immune system. These citrus fruits have vitamin C and that’s key to fighting infections. Vitamin C is thought to increase the production of white blood cells which is a great benefit to your health.
