Tie Qian, MD
Tie Qian, MD, is a graduate of Beijing Medical University in China and underwent training as an Orthopedic Surgeon. After he came to the United States, Dr. Qian did a post-doctoral research fellowship in Cell Transplantation at University of Miami School of Medicine. He then went back to his clinical training and finished his internship at NYU/Brooklyn Hospital, and subsequently finished his residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at the New Jersey Medical School/Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation. In 2001, Dr. Qian moved back to Miami and worked as an Attending Physician at the Miami VA Medical Center and University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. In 2008, Dr. Qian established a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation clinic, and recently jointed Path Medical-South Florida as one of the Medical Directors. His clinical interests include all aspects of Physical Medical & Rehabilitation, with particular interests in minimal invasive procedures in the comprehensive care of traumatic injury patients.
