Floss

As much as you’d like to think that this isn’t important, we want to tell you that dental hygiene is just as important as taking care of the rest of your body. As much as you dread doing it at the end of your day, it’s an essential step in maintaining the longevity of your smile. Develop the habit and don’t forget to brush twice a day.

Breathe

The stresses of the day can take a toll on your mental and physical health. When the going gets tough just hit the pause button for a second and take the time to breathe. That’s right, breathe. Inhale through your nose for three seconds and breathe out through your mouth. Give your abdomen free range to expand and contract with your breathing exercise. Repeat the breathing exercise about 5 times and feel the tension melt away.

Scummy Kitchen/Bath Towel

We all have that towel in our kitchen and bath area that’s commonly used to dry our wet hands after washing them. But, similar to all surfaces, these towels can harbor a lot of germs. Studies have shown that 90% of these towels contained coliform bacteria (fecal matter) and 25% contained E. coli. The best way to avoid getting sick from touching the towels would be changing the towels on a daily basis so that you don’t spread the germs.
